Value Added and Master Teacher

Value Added is a deceptive term if viewed as teaching "values." Value Added is a testing model to put some fairness in the assessment process. The ODE describes value added as from it's concept to its measurable structure. By the way, as becoming teachers, you might be interested in teacher specific web sites. Google, of course, has one and you can search for neat things like classroom management or any other topic of teacherie interest. Ok, back to value added.
